WOW! What an exciting Saturday here at Downtown. The day started off with our annual Pumpkin Fest. It was filled with crafters, the farmers market, children in costumes and trolley rides. The night ended with the 2nd in a series of contests and events for the local establishments. The Hollywood Horror Nights contest included 7 bars/restuarants competing for the title. Listen Thursday night at 9pm at your favorite local establishment as they will be broadcasting WJQB 106.3FM to hear the winners! Awards will be delivered on Friday night! Pumpkin FEST Quarterly Shop and Stroll
Taking place in Downtown New Port Richey - along the sidewalks on Main Street from Adams to Jackson; Grand Boulevard south to Missouri. Saturday October 24th 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Enjoy the Arts and Crafters, view the Scarecrows made by local businesses, (TIP: they are hanging from the lamp-posts). Take part in the Sidewalk Sales, Art Stroll and compete for door prizes.

7 p.m. to midnight - Join us in the Historic Downtown District where local restaurants and taverns, decorated in Hollywood Movie Horror themes, will fight it out for the many awards being given! Take a ride on the Haunted Trolley - (The Friendly KIA Trolley).
The fun begins when WJQB True Oldies 106three FM hosts a 3-hour LIVE REMOTE thanks to Mike at The Village Pub, winner of the ‘Punch Out Contest’ in August.
Local Restaurants and Taverns in the Historic District chose a Hollywood Horror movie as the theme for this night of fun!
Contests for ‘Best Decorations’, ‘Best Costumed Staff’; ‘Best Drink Themed to your Movie’!
Go to “Hell” - (Progress Energy Art Gallery), at 6231 Grand Boulevard and pick up your ‘MOVIE TICKET’ – then travel to each location, rate them for the categories and return your completed ticket back to ‘Hell’ – now you are part of the drawing for a grand prize of gifts and cash!
